ShippingYour order should ship out within approximately 5-7 business days from date of purchase. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an expected ship date and make any necessary adjustments to your order.
We offer USPS shipping to lower your potential shipping price. However, the USPS does not currently offer shipment tracking options. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. If you prefer your order be trackable, please chose a FedEx delivery option if it is available.
We ship all domestic U.S. packages via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Depending on where you live, your package will arrive 1 to 3 days after we ship it.
Orders for one item will be $9.30, each additional item will be $1. Your shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

Typographical ErrorsIn the event that a Ornaments / designs by Orna product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Ornaments / designs by Orna reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ornaments / designs by Orna reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Ornaments / designs by Orna shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

ReturnsItems that have been broken or damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving. All other items may be returned, in good condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of receiving, for store credit (minus original shipping charges). The shipping cost for a return is the customer's responsibility. Please email Ornaments / designs by Orna first and upon approval, return merchandise with a note explaining the reason for your return, and whether you'd like a replacement (same item only) or store credit, to:
